You can find the quest-giver in the same vicinity where you turn in Penelope’s Shroud. She’s standing outside a temple.
Keep in mind you could’ve actually grabbed the spear before initiating the quest, just like you can with Shark the Vagrant, but if you don’t have the spear, then after accepting the quest, you can use Ikaros to spot the location of the cave.
Find and acquire the spear
You’ll be looking for the Melissani Cave.
There will be a cave connected to the water. Once in the cave, dive into the water until you can come up for air. There will be two enemies to kill inside, then you can grab the Treasure that holds the Spear of Kephalos.
Return to the priestess
Go back to the priestess.
You’ve got a few choices you can make at the end of the quest, and as you can tell in the rewards section, they all kind of give you a variety. Personally, I always just went for the XP, but if you plan on upgrading and buying better weapons, you might be interested in the drachmae as well.
As for the Spear of Kephalos, if you like a weapon with longer distance, it has a good bit of damage to it. If you’re choosing to be more of a hunter for your playthrough, it’ll also give you a boost in that category.
