Hungry Gods is a side mission in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey within Kephallonia Island.

You can obtain this quest via the man sitting outside the Drogarati Cave, southeast of Lightning Zeus.
Investigate Drogarati Cave
Head inside the cave and near the statue you’ll see some magnifying glass icons where you can investigate things if you want. Just be mindful of stealing things. The first investigation are some chunks of broken pottery. The second one is the gap in the wall behind the statue.
Explore the area behind the wall
If you’d rather progress forward without additional dialogue, then just go through the crack in the wall.
There are a variety of enemies within the cave, so prepare yourself to assassinate some bandits. There’s a Treasure in the upper portion that holds the Looted Offerings, but be careful, as enemies climb up and down the ladder.
Return to the worshipper
There are two ways of leaving the cave.
You can exit the cave via the back area, where nothing will happen as you make your way out.
The second is going back the way you came in, where you’ll eavesdrop over a conversation of a worshipper speaking to the statue, seeking guidance from it. You’ve got a couple of options here as to how to respond.

Choose this option three times for her to leave and talk about Hermes turning his back on her and how she’s tempted to do dark things. I went back to her section in Sami and it doesn’t look like anything has changed, so I don’t know if those “dark things” was an empty threat or of something to come?

This option initiates Merciful Gods.
Leave the cave and turn the quest in.
