Find and kill the newcomers
The fancy guests you’re gunning for are to the east around an Abandoned House.
You’ll need to take care of the thugs bunking down in it. There are five of them. Once you’ve killed the last of them, you’ll get a cutscene with a man whose name you’ll be questioning throughout the game.
The choices during the dialogue don’t matter.
I can’t even spoil who he is for you here, despite the fact you probably already know who I’m talking about. He’ll lead you into the next quest.
